Creating Healthy Habits
2½ cup Black Grapes, De-stemed and washed
1 Large Banana, Peeled and broken into pieces
4 Medium Peaches, Pitted and halved
8 Majool Dates (or other), Pitted and halved
Add peaches to bottom of blender Next add bananas Add a little water (just enough to cover blades) Next add dates BLEND till smooth Add grapes Blend again Add ice if desired and pluse to crush/mix ice
I’d love to take the credit for this delicious smoothie but all the credit goes to my mom-in-law.. (and she isn’t even raw!) Maybe I inspired her with the smoothies I’ve been making lately, well I hope. This hits the spot on many levels and it was just as great for breakfast today.. All I could say was “Thanks mom!!”
