4 frozen ripe bananas (sliced)
1 ripe Hass avocado
Few dozen frozen raspberries (optional)
1/4 cup cocoa powder (optional)
1. Place ingredients in a food processor and process for a couple of minutes until smooth and fluffy.
2. If making a pudding, place in the fridge for an hour before eating (Trust me, the pudding tastes much better if you let it sit and cool for a while.). If it's a chocolate pudding, sprinkle some cocoa powder on top.
3. If making an ice cream, serve immediately.

I haven't come across any simple recipes that base their puddings and ice creams on bananas and avocados.
It is my favorite creation! So simple, quick to make, and absolutely deliciously rich. Just thinking about it brings up my serotonin levels. =)
For a pudding, use room-temperature fruits.
For ice cream, use frozen bananas and fruit (but don't freeze the avocado).
