Yield2 or 3 servings (There will be sauce and cheeze left over)
1 cup of pecans corsley chopped.
1 onion, corsly chopped
pinch of salt
some braggs liquid aminos
Agave Nectar to taste
Mix together, put to the side
In a food processor combine:
1 red pepper, seeded and quartered
1 green pepper, seeded and quartered
1 tomato, quartered
pimch of salt
some garlic powder
Process till smooth. Transfer to container and put aside.
Wash out food processor. In processor combine:
1 cup of cashews
Juice of half a lemon
2 Tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast
1/4 Cup of filtered water
Process till smooth, and transfer to container.
In a small bowl mix together about 1/2 (or more) cup of the nut mixture, with 1/4 (more or less) cup of tomato sauce.
Top it off with the cashew (cheese) mixture.
Wrap it in large leaf (I like to use collard greens, brushed with some olive oil), and eat.
