Creating Healthy Habits
2 cups frozen berries of your choice
1 handful cashews or macadamia nuts
1 tablespoon coconut butter
aprox 1 tablespoon agave
Blend! Add water slowly to reach a thicker-than-smoothie consistency - you want it gluggy but pourable. Taste for agave quantities - I don't think I added as much as 1 tablespoon but it wouldn't hurt to, or even add more if you have a sweet tooth :)
Pour into icy pole (aka popsicle) moulds and freeze for 12 hours.
Almost-creamy, super-yummy berry frozen goodness.
