Recipe Directions

1. Put your greens and water in the bottom of your blender.

2. Then pile everything else on top.

3. Start it rather low and give it a push with a spoon, if necessary, to get it started.

4. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Wow, this smoothie is fugly but so yummy!

This is a great kid pleaser because you really can't taste the greens! I know you've heard that line before but really!

I call it cup o' mud and they eat it all up.

It's my new favorite!

Looks excellent! What exactly is Mangolicious? Is it a mix of frozen fruit?

It's a bag of mixed frozen fruit that is sold at Trader Joe's.

So Ugly, Yet So Good, Green Smoothie

That's pretty much what I have most mornings. Thank goodness for that Mangolicious bag from TJ's -- I dread the day when they stop carrying it ;-).

It's also easy to make more "adult" if you want by increasing the greens and removing the sweetener.
