1 large or 1 small avocado
1/2 to 3/4 cup seedless grapes (frozen)
1/2 banana (frozen)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Soaked dates (optional)
Squirt of agave nectar (optional)
Sprig of fresh mint and a couple of leaves to garnish (optional)
1. Peel the banana before freezing. I used red grapes, but I'm sure green ones would work too.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Red grapes leave some flecks which look quite nice.
3. Serve immediately or chill in a freezer for 15-30 minutes.
