2 or 3 pieces of yummy summer fruit
for the fruit i use a few strawberrys and a nectarine
½ cup water
quick and easy. cut fruit into small pieces , pop that banana into a blender, add the water and cinnamon ... blend till smooth, and poor over fruit yummy!!!
this is the easiest, quick breakfast in raw food history!!. This is what i make on those mornings when i dont want to do much prep work to get my tummy full.
