6 very ripe bananas
3 tablespoons nut butter
1 tablespoon tahini
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon allspice
1. Add the bananas and enough water to help get things moving to the blender.
2. Toss in everything else. Whiz!
