Yieldmakes 2-3 cups.
1½ cups of mango, chopped
1½ cups of tomato, chopped
½ cups avocado, chopped
¼ cup red onion or shallot, diced
2 tablespoon fresh limejuice
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (optional), pressed, or fine mince
1 tablespoon jalepeno or 1 wole cayenne pepper, finely diced

Add each ingredient in order.
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, chill for at least 30-45 minutes. Enjoy! (I have been known to add a teeny addition of honey if the ingredients are not absolutely primo)

This is a wonderful spicy-sweet tropically inspired salsa. Add it to wraps, salads, or pair with “Raw” Chips.
