Creating Healthy Habits
1 ripe cherimoya
flesh of 1 young coconut
1 tablespoon cacao beans or nibs
½ teaspoon vanilla bean
some coconut water
put the cherimoya (without skin and seeds), the coconut flesh, cacao and vanilla bean into your blender and blend. add a little coconut water to your preferred consistency. i decorated it with some gojis.
you could also put the cream into your icecream-maker!
actually you donÂ´t have to do anything with a ripe cherimoya except eating it. it tastes amazing just by itself. but you could do that… no sweetener is needed!
