In this order, add cuke into a bowl, then the red bell into the bowl, then the avocado, then the wakame. Stir everything up and you’ve got a beautiful, colorful, cooling, summer salad with some salty, sweet, and crunchy bits. Yipeee! Wasn’t that easy??

Yeah, wakame seaweed usually comes dried in small bags (I've seen both raw and cooked), and you can usually find it in the "ethnic" foods section at the market.

What is wakame? I have never heard of or seen this (yet).
