Creating Healthy Habits
2 tablespoon goji berries
2 tablespoon coconut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon Artisana's Goji Bliss, optional; or increase the butter, oil and goji to sub
enough filtered water to make smooth
Throw everything in blender and blend until smooth.
Depending on what sort of blender you have – if it can’t handle the goji berries, you might want to grind them first or soak them pre-blend
Top with extra goji’s and a fresh pineapple slice on the side!
A goji super smoothie! Super Yum!
You can probably sub the coconut butter and oil with one young coconut – the water and the meat and it will turn out good too. I just didn’t have any.
This was inspired by me tasting Artisana’s Goji Bliss – it is like raw food candy!
