½ cup raw organic oats
¼ cup organic golden flax seeds
¼ cup raw organic hemp seeds
½ cup water
1 teaspoon raw honey or agave
1. Throw all ingredients in a blender until smooth!

This smoothie is so filling and delicious! Full of omegas and proteins!
I made it for the first time today and it was a great start to my morning.
I like to add bee pollen as well for its amazing nutrients. You can also definitely add some other fruits--I suspect strawberries would be a great addition.
It’s kind of a more substantial version of my Fortifying Banana Milk.
