2 cup Lentils, soaked overnight
1 cup Tamari
3 tablespoon Honey
1 cup White Vinegar
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger, grated
1 tablespoon Dark Sesame Oil
2 tablespoon Water
1 clove Garlic, chopped
1 Carrot, chopped
1 Pepper, chopped
4 Scallions, thinly sliced into rounds
Sea Salt, to taste
Mix all ingredients together and place in refrigerator until all the flavors blend. Stir occasionally to help coat well. The longer this sets the better it tastes.

I’m not sure about white vinegar as a raw ingredient so if you know of a substitute feel free to use it.
