¼ cup almonds
½ teaspoon spirulina
½ teaspoon greener grasses, (or any green superfood blend)
.33 pound strawberries, or blueberries
.33 pound frozen fruit
1¼ cup almond milk, or other nut milk
1 teaspoon rice protein powder, optional
1 teaspoon soy lecithin
2 ice cubes, optional
Simply throw all ingredients in a blender, blend for 15-30 seconds, and serve.
