Creating Healthy Habits
½ sweet potato, cubed
½ pineapple, cubed
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon nuts
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Put everything in blender! Use any sweetener you like, and add as much water as you need for desired consistency. You could also add spices like clove, nutmeg, cardamom.. MMM! It’ll probably get harder when refrigerated, but I was hungry right away. ;9
I made up this breakfast for myself, after looking in the fridge at what I had.
