Recipe Directions

Juice 1/2 of a mini or 1/4 of a Lg ripe, sweet watermelon, romaine leaves, and carrots and apples (to taste). Add water to dilute, stir and enjoy! The carrot and apple really help to balance the watermelon and add that special za-za-zoo!

Just as good blended or chopped. I got the idea from the book Green for Life, where one of the smoothies called for just watermelon and romaine leaf, blended up together. But I like to juice a lot as well, and I thought in juice form that it needed a boost, some oomph! But the real recipe called for just blended watermelon and romaine leaf.
