These are very yummy and quite spicy! Great with walnut pate or simple mashed avocado!  They are a great snack if you want a chip like crunch! I use the mixture of seeds because it gives it a really nice look.Tastes nice too!

Recipe Directions

1. Soak seeds for 6 hours in pure water. 

2. When the 6 hours are up, add minced ingredients and stir in. Keeping your fingers wet, (it will stick to dry hands) spread this mixture as thinly as you can on nonstick dehydrator sheets. 

3. Dehydrate for about 20 hours, or until they are crispy. Munch!
