1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut (shredded)
1 cup almond pulp (from making almond milk)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 organic fresh bananas
4 to 6 organic fresh strawberries
1/4 cup organic fresh blueberries
1. Blend crust ingredients in a food processor.
2. Spread into desired shape in a dish or dehydrate until warm if desired. I dehydrate mine overnight--6 hours or so--and it makes the crust like a cookie.
3. Slice fruit toppings and pile on top of crust. Enjoy!
