Several slices raw onion bread
Red onions (thinly sliced)
Red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
½ cup soaked almonds
½ cup purified water
Juice ½ lemon
3/4 tablespoon honey
½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black salt
2/3 - 1 cup olive oil
2 small beets (roughly chopped)
1 cup walnuts (soaked)
½ cup cashews (soaked lightly)
5 sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil (from tomatoes)
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon oregano
3 tablespoons miso
2 garlic cloves
1/8 red onion
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)
1/8 teaspoon chipotle pepper powder (optional)
1, Place all the non-burger ingredients for your homemade mayonnaise recipe in a heavy duty blender except the olive oil. Puree the ingredients until very smooth. With blender still in motion, slowly pour a thin stream of olive oil through the opening in your blender’s cover. Continue to puree until you reach the right consistency. thickens further on cooling. Taste and adjust flavors to your liking.
2. For the burger ingredients, process until mixed and ground evenly.
3. Form into 5 patties and dehydrate for 3-4 hours, turning once on mesh sheet.
I was also considering adding ½ cup shredded carrots and ¼ cup chopped raisins to the mix before dehydrating.
