i call this UNITY dressing because it seems to UNIFY all of my salad ingredients most perfectly…from greens to cabbages to cucumber/tomato > it tastes GREAT on almost everyting!

mix equal amounts olive oil and apple cider vinegar (so for example, 1/2 cup of each) with the dash or red wine vinegar (can use balsamic if not totally raw), celtic sea salt and your heaping tbl of honey. for a sweeter taste, add more honey and less honey for a more sour taste.
can use on every type of salad as well as a marinade before dehydrating.
keeps best in the fridgerator for a few days. enjoy!
