Serves 1 Person During a Fast; Makes 8 Cups (days worth of juice)
Ingredients
7 apples (sliced)
1 celery (whole stock)
1 cucumber (sliced)
4 dinasaur kale leaves (sliced down)
1 lemon (sliced in half)
1 clove ginger (cut in chunks)
Recipe Directions
1. Thoroughly wash and slice down all veggies to an adequate size to compliment juicer.
2. Run everything through juicer.

Lemon is optional; add more or less ginger according to your tastes.
Tastes good chilled or at room temperature, whatever you like.

When you say 1 celery, whole stalk, do you mean 1 stalk or the whole thing?
