2 cup galia or other melon, chunked
1 nectarine or peach, sliced
2 teaspoon maca powder
2 teaspoon Super Defense Food or spirulina
½ cup filtered water

This is a really tasty smoothie. I find that maca powder can be a little difficult to enjoy but this recipe really does it. It doesnÂ´t mask the flavor of the maca, just combines it with complementary flavas.
