Yield2 dinner sized portions
2 medium avos chopped
2 medium mangos chopped
1 tablespoon fresh jalopeno, minced
.66 cup cilantro, minced
.33 cup olive or hemp oil
1 tablespoon agave
dice the avo and mango into cubes, toss with the cilantro and pepper then mix the dressing with a wisk and pour over salad let sit for a bit and enjoy!

this is a great easy salad with some bite and is super filling with the avo. I let the flavors marry on the counter for half hour or so..that way its not to cold to eat either.
