A great way to “pick me up” any time of the day!

You can use whatever brand of super greens you already use. I just happen to love this on!

You can substitute the almond milk with sun water if you prefer.

You can add more almond milk (or sun water if substituted) to make it less dense.

You can add vanilla/vanilla bean for extra yum. And most importantly, enjoy!

In line with David Wolfe, it is the best day ever as every moment is bliss!

It's much easier if you peel the banana before you freeze it.

sure! however, i find the taste, outcome quality lessened if the banana is peeled then frozen. a sort of frost burn can take place...even on a subtle level when peeled unlike when frozen with its skin in tact :) eiher way, its all good.
