Kilner Jars? Wow, fantastic. I have been coveting these for some time! I have imagined filling mine with all the lovely raw staples needed for an on-the-go Raw Foodie! Naturally, this would include Seeds, Nuts, Dried Fruits, Quinoa, Sauerkraut, of course and maybe even a batch of Raw Turtles Toffee Bars which I have been loving since posted!!

I would fill the jars with chia seeds, oat groats, wheat berries, cocao nibs, buckwheat, nutritional yeast and other dry goods. I would pick a variety of colors which would look really nice on my open shelves. Eating is all about sight first.

I'd fill my first jar with flax seeds. They are the best vegetable source of Omega 3's which help lubricate the joints & stimulate digestion to prevent absorption of toxins. I add them to my daily smoothies to stay "regular" and keep my gut healthy.

I'd fill them with EVERYTHING. Sprouted and dehydrated seeds and nuts. Pre-made salads with dressings. Snacks ready to grab. Raw pickled jalapeños and vegi's would be another favorite. They would become my only way of storage. So eco friendly. I'd tell one and all about this wonderful storage method. Let's pass this on!!

Thanks.

Hi U rawtarian... thanks for your help when I was starting up with this raw new life. I would put in my new jars, many many things. First, my homemade granola, my almond dehydrated pulp, nuts, chia seed, hemp seed, dehydrated fruits, leather rolls.... oh so many things to put in there and just leave on the counter to look at. :-)
