Put on your santa hat and apron, we're about to get rawtastically festive with your Christmas dinner!

Feast FAQs:

  • This feast is for 4 people. If making for fewer people, do not halve the ingredients because some of the recipes won't work well in smaller quantities. Simply enjoy leftovers the next day instead.
  • Dessert is not included in the shopping list because you will want to choose your own! Suggested desserts include cranberry apple pie, chocolate cheesecake, chocolate truffles, pumpkin pieraspberry bars, gingerbread cookies and much more. (I recommend both chocolate cheesecake and gingerbread cookies.)
  • All recipes can be made last minute on Christmas day except the raw vegan meatloaf, which should be made the day before Christmas since it needs to be dehydrated.
  • All recipes should be made as written. For four people, do not double or alter any quantities (except for the egg nog recipe - double the egg nog recipe for four people.)
  • A food processor and a blender are absolutely required. A dehydrator (or an oven) is required for the meatloaf recipe.
