Raw Multi Seed Nut Bread, Wraps, Or Crackers

This recipe is heavenly.

It creates healthy, hearty, delicious bread, wraps or crackers.

It is very high in fiber and uses that precious nut milk pulp that you don't want to waste!

Give it a try, it's quick and easy!

Radish Spread

With fresh horseradish, a few radish sprouts and the brilliant onion bread --an absolutely perfect raw food menu!

If you want, you can of course also use normal bread and replace soaked sunflower seeds with cottage cheese.

The seeds of the radish sprouts you have to order either via the Internet or unfortunately buy at the organic supermarket, but the purchase is worth it and not very complicated.

Within a few days, you can grow a large amount of sprouts in a glass.

It tastes wonderfully intense after radishes (!) and keeps up to a week in the refrigerator.

Morning Glory Buckwheat

This is my absolute favorite raw breakfast recipe!

Inspired by my favorite oatmeal recipe from before my raw days, this recipe is great for recreating that "warm breakfast porridge" that I was really missing.

I also love that it sneaks some veggies into my morning breakfast!

Other than soaking the buckwheat overnight, it's quick to make in the food processor, so it's perfect for busy mornings.

"Cream" of Brawcoli

I have been trying to create a delicious raw soup, and I have found one that I love.

This raw “cream” of broccoli soup is delicious, and it is yet another way for me to use cashew cheeze!

It tastes just like the real thing. And it’s completely raw, vegan, and acceptable on the clean program!

This is a delicious soup! It tastes like the real thing.

Happy Eating!

Easy Raw Choco Tartlet

Here's a simple but decedent raw vegan chocolate tartlet that will satisfy your choco cravings!

Chocolate Cream Pie

This pie was heavenly.

The chocolate filling isn't very sweet, so feel free to add more sweetener (such as dates, honey, or stevia) if you want it sweeter.

I hope you enjoy this recipe.

Tuna Salad

This really does remind me of tuna salad, in both texture and appearance!

It's quick and easy to make, and great stuffed into romaine lettuce wraps.

Very flavorful, but delicately so. Juicy, sweet, and savory, just like tuna salad should be!

Great for a snack or light lunch. It's delicious and filling, but not super long-term satisfying, if you're needing something like that.

Would make a good appetizer or light tea time snack for small informal gatherings, where you just want a light finger food to munch on nonchalantly over conversation.

Durian (Tapioca) Pudding

I love durian! I love chia seeds! I also love raw cacao!

Next time, I'm going to add a little vanilla and cinnamon. This would be excellent with raw cacao, but I don't dare have it in the house (especially with a durian there also) because I'd eat it all in a day.

Rawkin' Raw Food Week

This week's meal plan is for you if you want practical recipes that introduce you to raw food slowly. This plan is perfect for you if you are quite busy, but interested in learning some new recipes and not wanting to get bored with your meals.

Raw Orange Chili Chocolate

This is just a nice sweet treat.

It's not too hot but you can add more or less cayenne to your liking.

P.S. The best simple raw chocolate experience recently is just a big chunk of raw cacao paste stuffed in a date.

3 or 4 of them in an evening and you're well away. Can't think of anything better! :)
