This recipe came from Rhio. I think it would be fabulous on dolmas, falafel, as a sandwich spread or as a veggie dip.

Recipe Directions

Blend pine nuts, sauerkraut, dill seeds and garlic to smooth texture. Pour into bowl. Add grated cucumber and fresh dill. Let sit in refrigerator overnight.

I think i'll make this later - one batch without the sauerkraut and then one with raw kim chi (that's all i have besides raw red sauerkraut)... I'm going to try this with the veggie nugget recipe. I think it will be a good combo. Thanks for posting!!!

I enjoyed as a dip this with carrots and mushrooms. I didn't add the sauerkraut or garlic, and it was fabulous. It tasted like dill yogurt. Great recipe!

Looks yummy! Don't be afraid to put your ingredients one-by-one in the Ingredients section, and the preparation instructions in the Preparation section. That makes it easier for folks to read, and will make it easier for us to make recipe tips, ingredient lists, and printer-friendly versions in the future!
