My past journey
My name is Laura-Jane, and I've been a vegetarian since 2001, although I did continue to eat some seafood until I went raw in 2009.
However, although I was a long-time vegetarian, my diet was not healthy. I knew it, and my weight fluctuated quite a bit.
I was often snacking on pizza, chips, and lots of processed fruit juices. I didn't feel good. I was often moody and depressed.
