Recipe Directions
- 1. Throw the ingredients in a tiny bowl.
- 2. Grab a spoon and take the bowl back to your TV.
- 3. Mix it together while you're watching TV because it can take a little while to mix properly, especially if your coconut oil is hard. It'll look really dry at first, but don't add any extra anything. Just go with my measurements and mix it together slowly and carefully with a spoon. Within a minute you'll get the texture seen in my above pic.
The Rawtarian's Thoughts

Picture this... You've just had dinner. You're watching TV on the couch. Your non-raw husband pulls out a little chocolate bar beside you, and you wish you could have a little taste of chocolate too. What do you do? You run into the kitchen and make my 1 minute raw chocolate fudge, that's what!
It's so quick that you can do it in a commercial break, and...it only requires three ingredients.
You'll notice that this makes a very tiny serving size, so you'll want to make it in a tiny bowl so that you can stir it properly against the sides of the bowl. I use little tiny custard bowls.
This raw chocolate fudge is really sweet so you don't need much of it to get a nice hit of sweet chocolate flavour.
Frozen Recipe Twist: Make a few servings of this recipe and roll them into balls. Then freeze and eat right out of the freezer. The frozen texture is amazing!

Super easy! I made this rather small.. about the diamater of a dime. On top I did differnt flavors: chili pepper, peanut butter, coconut flakes, chia seeds and coco dusting. Ive also made these with carob powder and they were wonderful! These harden up quickly in the freezer because of the coconut oil which would be perfect if serving them at a party (they could keep their shape well). Thanks for the recipe! To die for :)

I love this. Have made it twice now. I don't crave much chocolate but I like a little sweet at the end of a meal. Your recipe gives me 3 servings without doubling anything! a bitevfor each day...

This was exactly what I needed! Being lactose intolerant there are times I seriously just need a choccie hit and nothing hits the spot...safe to say I wont have that problem again!! Thank you so much :)

This is remarkably good for such a simple recipe... Rich enough to stop any overindulgence but hits the spot perfectly!

so i really liked the fudge, as i already mentioned,
but i thought that it could be a little more interesting.
So i added Hemp seeds and Chia and the Chia is really doing it.
A little crispy, a little more exciting in the mouth.
I was just trying it out, i will share the amount in teaspoons (about 1/2 -1)
when i make it again :)

Great recipe...although I have to point out that honey is not vegan, for vegans planning on making this. I used agave instead and it came out really well.

Hi Carrie!
Glad you liked! For most of my recipes, agave nectar, maple syrup and honey can be used interchangeably.
