Hi Laura-Jane,
Nice recipe. I will try it myself. I read that seeds should always be "activated" (germinated) before eaten as grains and seeds are hard to digest. I know you mention that the seeds will increase. So what's your experience/opinion?

Hi Marcel, in the case of chia seeds I wouldn't worry about it too much, and I would NOT recommend soaking the chia seeds beforehand because the seeds will soak up the water and the ratios will be skewed, plus they are pretty much impossible to "rinse" after since they absorb most of the water. Not sure if that helps but those are my thoughts on this topic lol!
