1. In a clean coffee grinder that you use for grinding raw nuts and seeds, grind the seeds until they look like flour. Don't overgrind them or they'll be hard to get out of the coffee/nut grinder because they'll get pasty.
2. Place the ground sesame seeds in a tiny bowl. Add the agave nectar and mix with a spoon until the recipe clings together. Your goal is to make it look like cookie dough.
3. Eat with a spoon, roll into balls, or form into a little bar. Adjust measurements to taste.
