1. Throw all your ingredients into food processor and blend.
2. Once blended, I mixed these with some ground flax seeds, which I ground in a coffee grinder because they are too small to blend in the food processor. Again, the flax seeds in raw veggie burger recipes act as a binding agent (keeps the food together so that it's not just a big mess) so you really must pay attention to the flax seeds and you can't leave them out of recipes.
3. Next, I dehydrated the patties. Above are the finished, dehydrated patties.
4. Once your patties are dehydrated, you're ready to assemble your raw veggie burger.
5. Assemble as you would a normal burger. Use your favourite toppings. Here I have used cucumbers, tomatoes, red pepper, and raw mayonnaise. But I used a big romaine leaf as the "bun!"
