I've been familiarizing myself with raw food recipes and I'm convinced this will help me with so many things!! ..including a few heath issues I’m struggling with and that “wheat-belly” figure – I need to find my waistline! My goal is to increase raw food intake over the next 2 months and then hopefully do a fully raw for 30-days challenge in January. I love Rawtarian website because the recipes are so simple and I’m too busy to deal with time consuming recipes. Also the recipes I've tried so far taste great !! The raw brownies are to die for, better than the "real thing" (which is actually not real food! LOL) and the walnut taco meat was also great. I NEED LOTS OF HELP! -- So thanks to everyone in advance.
