1 head cauliflower (finely chopped)
1 bunch parsley (chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup hemp seeds
1 cucumber (chopped)
1/3 cup red onion (chopped)
juice from 2 lemons
olive oil
sea salt
Recipe Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients together.
2. Add lemon juice and sea salt to taste then drizzle with olive oil until you reach desired wetness.

I am making this for the beach tomorrow. I've been looking for great ways to incorporate hemp into my diet and was thinking about putting it into tabouli earlier today. Now I can use this recipe!

Love this... Sprouted quinoa wasn't quite there. Funny I always forget about cauliflower, a great alternative YUM!
