Great nut paté I made for dinner. Spread it on my salad and kholrabi slices!

1 cup

Ingredients
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup walnuts
1/2 rip of celery
2 tablespoons onions (chopped)
Dash of salt
Sprinkle of lemon juice
Handful of fresh dill
Recipe Directions
1. Process nuts in a food processor.
2. Add everything else and process until crumbly. Add water to make it more pasty.

Hey this sounds fast and good. What does the kholrabi taste like? That sounds interesting.

kholrabi is delicious, like crisp, slightly sweet broccoli stems. yum. sounds delicious.

Hi, I do something similar using sunflower + leek + cherry tomato. I guess leek give you a less strong onion taste. Peace.
