Ingredients
½ cup nut milk(try macadamia,it's yummy)
1 tablespoon agave nectar
2 tablespoon espresso
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
½ vanilla bean
Recipe Directions
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender,I usually add in a few iced cubes just to make it extra thick and delish:)

Espresso? As far as I know that is far from raw.

But aren't espresso beans roasted? Can you buy raw espresso beans (unroasted)?

It's 1/2 cup of milk,and 1/2 vanilla bean.Sorry about that.Also,you don't have to brew the espresso,just use 2 tablespoons of ground beans.

I wonder if you could use raw Yerba Matte tea flakes in place of the espresso to keep it raw? Perhaps grind the tea flakes to a powder, then blend with the rest. Just a thought:)
