Ingredients
6 dates
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup almonds (sliced)
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tablespoon maca
Recipe Directions
1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until desired texture. Keep in longer if you like it a bit grainier.
2. Once finished, roll it into bars and slice them up.
3. Wrap each one individually.
4. Put into fridge or freezer.

By almeola22These bars are excellent before training or just after a serious training session.
Also, they are a great snack as well as making a great breakfast on the go!
If you like a sweeter bar, you could use a teaspoon of agave.

Hi,
I did use medjool dates and I use dry coconut. Sorry, I should have been more specific.
