2½ cup baby spinach
½ granny smith apple, thinly sliced
handful walnuts , crumbled
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon basalmic (or ACV)
¾ teaspoon organic vanilla extract
pinch himalayan pink crystal salt
½ teaspoon agave
Recipe Directions
slice apples thinly. place on top bed of baby spinach and crumbled walnuts. wisk dressing ingredinets together and pour on top salad

i have both vinegars, but i want to try the balsamic (it's only a teaspoon). i think the dressing will also taste good on a waldorf salad. thanks a lot stylistchick!

i have not tried using apple cider vinegar instead of basalmic, i don't think basalmic is considered raw.
