Ingredients
½ red bell pepper
¾ cup kale
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 clove garlic
1 med. avocado
1 large zuchinni or other squash
Recipe Directions
Place all first 5 ingredients in a food processor and blend into a creamy consistency. Shred zucchini with a mandolin or cheese grater or make long strands with a spiral slicer. Mix sauce with the strands. Sit in a quiet place and enjoy your meal.

Linguini Alfredo Verde. I like the sound of that. Ground pumpkin seeds on the top could be the parmesian cheese!

Bell pepper is mentioned twice. Is one red and the other green or is this a typo? Sounds good. I eat a lot of soups. I like that this only has a few ingredients and no salt.
