Lady Le Harle's Thoughts
By Lady Le HarleYummy scrummy topping for salads, dip for veggies or fruit, filling for lettuce leaves, or as a dessert treat!
Sweet and nutty tasting. It fills you up and keeps you going for hours!
Sometimes I eat it by itself with a spoon.
For an exotic touch, try adding some tahini and cinnamon! You can add more maca than suggested if you like the taste.
I vary the amounts of honey and maca depending on my mood and sweet tooth. :)

Maybe a bit of lime juice. For some reason I always think lime when I think guacamole. Besides maybe the acidic touch would give it a nice flavor one didnt think of at first. Besides you already touched salty and sweet why not let sour play too :)?
