This is a nice rich dinner when you’re craving something hearty. I like to have this with a simple green salad in the evening.

Found in:
Ingredients
1/2 cup raw tahini
2 tbs maple syrup
2 tbs nama shoyu
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1/3 cup green tea, steeped
2 scallions or chives, chopped fine
Recipe Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender or cuisinart. Save tea for last, and add as much as needed to make a sauce that isn’t too thick. Pour over spiralized zucchinni and/or chopped broccoli (I like to mix the two).
