Ingredients
5 tomatoes
5 celery sticks, chopped chunky
1 cucumber (or 2 Lebanese), chopped chunky
1 bunch parsley
chilli to taste (optional), deseeded
1 banana
1 lime or lemon, juice
Recipe Directions
Cut up 2 tomatoes, celery, and cucumber into chunky bits.
Blend the rest of the tomatoes, parsley, chili, banana and lime/lemon juice.
Pour over salad, and enjoy!

I gave up overt fats and yet have been missing my smooth, creamy dressings. I'll give this one with the banana a try.

Wow, never thought to add banana to a salad dressing, The sweetness and smoothness of it would be nice without the added fats.
