    Thanks, ClaireT. Yeah, I love pomegranates too. For the 30 days I want to whittle down my diet to just a few things so I don't know if I'll have it again. But who knows? :)

    Hi ClaireT, I am ok. I get cooked food cravings every day but I am soldiering on. All in all I am fine. I lost 6lbs. Thanks for asking.

    Try some of the "like baked" recipes on here (especially the cookies). They always fix any cooked food or sweet cravings I have.

    My blood pressure has gone down to 125-76. For the last year or more it has been fluctuating from the high end of normal to mild hypertension. More often than not it would show high BP. I am not on medication although the doctor did suggest it.

    From tomorrow, Tues 11/5/2018, I will be juice fasting. I will go as long as it takes to clear up a few health issues that I have. I think 35 days should more than be enough. However, I am prepared to go until the end of the year. After the juice fast it's on to a high fruit raw diet. I won't be posting every day. My intake will be, more or less,  the same every day- juices, raw protein powder, raw green powder, water. I am cranking up my weight lifting to a more serious routine. I'll also do yoga/stretching and walking. 

    I saw this said in a movie- RESPECT THE RULES. THE RULES ARE MERCILESS. How apt for me, I thought. When I eat cooked food the rules are merciless to me. :)
