There's so much information here, and on other sites, I don't even know where to begin.
I am recovering from an eating disorder. Before I spiraled out of control I used to juice every day, work out, and basically live a healthy lifestyle. I was in the grip of this disorder (restriction, binge, purge) for the last 4 years and I just don't know how to begin any more!
I just need some advice to get started using baby steps. I don't (or can't) overload my house with food or appliances.
I just need the basics to get me started again.
