Low appetite after switching to a fruitarian diet.

I switched over to a fruitarian diet about a week ago, and surprisingly my body doesn't seem to want to eat anything more than 1600 calories, which is puzzling because I lift weights and box for roughly 2 hours a day 5-6 days a week.  I haven't experienced any lack of strength or energy, I have actually gotten noticeably stronger over the last week.  Any input on what may be going on is appreciated.

I can't say for sure why this happens, but there are cases, it happened to me too last year. However, after about 2 months the energy kick wore off, and I started feeling really woozy when I pushed myself in the gym. Hope the low doesn't kick you as hard as it kicked me.

For a lot of people, digestion slows down in the beginning. That could be the cause?

You will feel low energy for few days its better to take some vitamin supplements when you do fruitarian diets.
