Tips for someone who is learning to go raw due to COVID.

Hi Guys,

I am new to raw food and I'm looking for any helpful tips or ideas. I ended up with COVID and now two months later my smell is messed up. Anything being fried, sautéed, roasted and possibly baked smells awful. I was never into meat but would eat chicken from time to time. Chocolate, meat, cooked foods and coffee smell disgusting to me. I am excited to embrace being raw but I'm worried about getting enough protein is one of my concerns. 

 

Any tips would be great!

    Everything has protein in it to one degree or another. That said, seeds and nuts are high in it. I tend to include them in my recipes.

    Chai seeds, broccoli, avocado, and bean sprouts are good to start with.
