Hi there. I'm having some trouble binging sometimes. A few weeks ago it was fast food bean burritos, and yesterday I had some pitta bread with butter and salt. These foods made me feel good for a few hours but extremely heavy, and after a while I felt intermittent burning sensations in different parts of my stomach and liver. Just giving details in case it helps with anyones input.
Mainly I'd like to know what people think are the safest cheat foods. Is there anything, anything at all that can replace bread? Is there a healthier version..? I feel like I'm starving but I'm tired of fruit vegetables and avocados.. I don't even want to go near nuts, they're impossible to digest. I also hate bananas and dates now. Thanks
