Hi. I need to figure out a substitute for raw cocoa butter. I am making a vanilla pudding filling and it calls for this. I just realized…it is cocoa butter and not coconut oil. Uh,.....help!

You can try the coconut oil. It won’t taste chocolaty, but it may work to help stiffen the pudding! I am assuming that is patially why they are using the cocoa butter. Hope this helps you!!
